With this step, we are deepening the successful collaboration between our two companies and laying the foundation for an even broader, more innovative, and future-oriented product offering for our customers.

TER Chemicals and Colonial Chemical, Inc. expand their distribution partnership – Launch on November 1, 2025

About the Company

Colonial Chemical is a privately held manufacturer of market-leading specialty surfactants, focusing on the development of safe and innovative ingredients for modern formulations.
The company supplies high-quality products for personal care, household and industrial applications, oil and gas, vehicle care, and industrial lubrication.

As of November 1, 2025, TER Chemicals GmbH & Co. KG will expand its distribution partnership with Colonial Chemical, Inc. in the Beauty & Personal Care segment in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland. In addition, the existing cooperation in the HI&I segment for the DACH region has been extended to include the distribution territory of Poland.
Through this cooperation, the portfolio will be expanded to include high-performance green surfactants and innovative surfactant blends for the Beauty & Personal Care and HI&I markets.
